APHACA

Danish quartet APHACA is a band of friends: Rumle Hueg Kærså, Bertil Engberg Nielsen, Bertram Ask Plauborg, and Noah Elias Rasmussen. Their chemistry and their interesting word play is woven into retro synth, creative drums, a bass that sets the mood, and an acoustic guitar, a mix of something fresh and new, yet timeless. APHACA's 2019 single “Blomsterbørn” said “Vil du være blomsterbørn med mig?”, and that is, still, in 2025, maybe the best way to say "I love you". Aphaca’s music is a statement: you can be your own story. Different can never be cringe. Difference is embedded in life, lived.
